Amanda Sims has worked in the mortgage, finance and real estate industry since 2001. Starting as a loan processor for a major lender, she quickly advanced to become a trainer in their National Training Program. Amanda was soon promoted to Assistant Vice President and ran an operations center of 50 underwriters and processors working diligently to approve mortgages for customers. Her operations center was widely respected for its customer service and thorough communication.
In her position, Amanda was also exposed to many incompetent mortgage and real estate businesses that mistreated their customers or failed to educate them. As a result, she launched a business of her own to provide clients with the first-class service they deserve. Amanda wants every client to walk away knowing they worked with a professional who guided them through every step of the process and were extremely satisfied with their overall experience. |
